Today so often in our busy lives when some wonderful thing happens we don’t seem to take the time to acknowledge the situation, but when something is found to be wrong…boy can we ever complain. I am a strong believer of giving credit where it is due.
My husband and I have come to London for the past 28 years for one week in March/April. We purchased a Time Share 28 years ago in the West End and are proud to say, “We Love London!” There is always something new to do each year when we come for our week. We probably have visited more places in London than you have.
I am proud to say that we have made a new British friend by email. Will Young has entered my theatre buying life. Every year I struggle to buy tickets before I leave the states for shows that I hope to be able to see while we are on vacation. Sometimes I am successful, and sometimes I am not. I have never dealt with a ticket agency! Wanting to obtain tickets for Judi Dench (Peter & Alice) for next April put Will and I together. Through him I have secured tickets for Helen Mirren, and Mormon for the same week. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He promptly emails me back answering my numerous question, and was able to obtain prime seats for us. He has posted our tickets to us, and I now have them in my warm little hands. I plan on giving his name/your agency to friends that will be travelling to the UK, and to our Time Share. I hope to keep him in my life for a very long time.

I have been booking school tickets for many years with LTB Groups. I have found all the people I have spoken to in the office to be polite, helpful and well informed.
I have been given good advice about suitable shows and the seats we have been allocated have been excellent value for money. The ticket rates are competitive with other ticket agencies.
