Culverdocs allows users to build dynamic forms to capture unlimited types of data, of which some may be sensitive or classified as personally identifiable information. You are the data controller and are responsible for the use and disclosure of such information. All data is securely stored on our servers (following GDPR guidelines) and processed as defined and required by you. Any information delivered to an external source, such as email, integration to third party systems, are no longer considered data held by us. You must ensure all personal data processed through this service follows your data protection and retention policies.

By using our API services to provide data to the App, you constent that all information strictly follows your internal data processing policies and GDPR compliance is followed.

We are not liable for any misuse or loss of data that is captured or distributed based on the configuration of your account or via use of our services.
